Does Your Will Still Work?

Have you made a will?
Have you reviewed your will in the past three years?
Is the personal representative named in your will still able and willing to serve?

Have you recently:

Moved to another state?
Married, divorced or lost a spouse?
Become a parent?
Have your charitable interests changed since you last reviewed your will?

If you answered "no" to any of the first three questions or "yes" to any of the others, it may be time to re-draft or add a codicil to your will. If making changes, please consider including Southcoast Health System as a beneficiary of your estate plan.
