The Southcoast Center for Cancer Care is located in the Mitchell Buidling on the Charlton Memorial Hospital campus. The entrance is on Prospect Street and provides patients with free valet parking.
Free shuttle is available between Fall River and North Dartmouth.

Directions to Charlton Memorial Hospital
From Boston:
- Route 24 South to Exit 5.
- Bear right off the exit, go 3/4 around the rotary bear right continue to traffic light.
- Take right at traffic light onto New Boston Road.
- Continue down New Boston Road to traffic light Ð continue through to next intersection.
- Continue through intersection Ð Hospital main entrance will be on left.
From New Bedford and points east:
- Interstate 195 West to Exit 8B to Route 24 North to Exit 5. Then follow steps 2 to 5 listed at left.
From Providence, R.I., and points west:
- Interstate 195 East to Exit 8B to Route 24 North to Exit 5. Then follow steps 2 to 5 listed at left.

Our Center at 480 Hawthorn Street (formerly called The Oncology Center) provides medical oncology and support services. If you receive medical oncology treatment here and also need radiation therapy, we offer a free shuttle to our Fall River site for radiation therapy.
