Stop Smoking Classes at Southcoast
As a health care provider, Southcoast understands that it can be difficult to quit smoking.
That's why Southcoast offers regular four-week stop-smoking programs at its three hospital campuses and invites the public to attend.
Southcoast uses Freshstart, a quit-smoking program from the American Cancer Society, that consists of four one-hour sessions over a four-week period.
All of the methods and activities contain the most effective elements for success. The single most important element is you — and your dedication to fight the addiction to nicotine that makes you want to smoke.
Freshstart can be your start to a new life without cigarettes.
Costs for classes are $15. Payment can be by cash or check (made payable to Healthtrax).
To register for a class, please call 1-800-497-1727.
